ABC and Dick Clark Productions (DCP), the world’s largest owner and producer of televised live event entertainment programming, announced the co-hosts for “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2026” the nation’s most-watched New Year’s Eve celebration.

Returning to the heart of Times Square, Ryan Seacrest will once again be joined by chart-topping artist and global entertainer Rita Ora, who will help lead the night’s iconic New York countdown.

This year’s show will span multiple time zones, with celebrations kicking off in New York and continuing through Las Vegas, Chicago, Puerto Rico and beyond. In Chicago, Grammy-winning independent innovator, humanitarian and proud hometown native Chance the Rapper joins the broadcast as co-host to help welcome in the new year from the Midwest and lead the live Central Time Zone countdown.

In Las Vegas, NFL legend Rob Gronkowski returns alongside multihyphenate performer and presenter Julianne Hough, who makes her “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” co-hosting debut as they take over the “Entertainment Capital of the World.”

Details for the Puerto Rico celebration will be announced soon.

“Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2026” airs Wednesday, Dec. 31, live on ABC beginning at 8 p.m. EST, and next day on Hulu.

The No. 1 New Year’s Eve special every year, ABC’s “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest” has consistently delivered unforgettable moments, from Taylor Swift’s “1989” Times Square medley and Jennifer Lopez’s sky-high performance, to recent electrifying sets by Sabrina Carpenter, Lenny Kravitz, Alanis Morissette, Jonas Brothers and Duran Duran lighting up stages nationwide. Last year, Carrie Underwood capped the night with a show-stopping Times Square performance as the broadcast drew more than 29 million total viewers at midnight.

“NYRE 2026” promises to keep the momentum going, with another major performer lineup set to be unveiled in the coming weeks.
