Fourth District Niagara County Legislator Jeffrey Elder, the body's minority leader, released the following statement on Thursday: "It is my honor to stand with Niagara Falls Council members and call for all flavored tobacco products, including menthols, to be taken off the shelves in Niagara Falls. These products are extremely addictive and use predatory marketing tactics to target the youth in our community."
