Niagara County is partnering with Niagara University and paint-recycling company GreenSheen to host a paint recycling event this Saturday, May 3, on the NU campus. Niagara County residents and businesses are welcome to bring up to 50 gallons of latex or oil-based paint in its original container to the event for collections at no cost.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Dwyer Arena Parking Lot, 5795 Lewiston Road, 1 Monteagle Trail, Lewiston. Registration for this event is required and can be done by going to https://www.rethinkyourwaste.com/events and clicking on this event. There are still many open time slots available. Staff will be on hand to help unload vehicles.
