Wings of Hope, a community remembrance event, will take place Saturday, June 21, on the Niagara Hospice campus located at 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport.
Niagara Hospice invites the community to the campus for a day of remembrance and family-friendly fun. The event’s key “Monarch” sponsor is Wendt’s Propane & Oil.
The event begins with a brief remembrance program, including a special “Butterfly Garden” memorial display featuring butterfly stakes families have reserved in memory of their loved ones.
Following the program, families can enjoy activities, including: rock painting, a duck pond, “butterfly kisses” dog booth (with Niagara Hospice therapy dogs), cookie decorating, face painting, “Wishes in the Wind” station, sno-kones, refreshments and more.
