The Niagara County Department of Public Works announced it has contracted with a surveying firm for services for a future infrastructure improvement project along Porter Center Road, from Swann Road to Lake Road (Route 18.) Frandina Engineering and Land Surveying PC will have survey crews in the area over the next few days.
According to DPW, the objective of the survey is to map existing conditions, and does not imply proposed changes to anyone’s property. However, in order to conduct the land survey, Frandina personnel may be in front of people’s property and/or near the front of their home.
The result of this survey work will be used to design future road and drainage improvements.
