Press Release

Phil Wickham, the multi-Platinum and Gold-selling, Grammy-nominated modern worship artist known for penning some of today’s most impactful songs for the church, has released his new album, “Songs Of The Saints.” The 16-track record includes the hit singles “The King Is In The Room,” “What An Awesome God,” “Homesick For Heaven” and "Songs Of The Saints," now available across all platforms here

"Every time I step into a studio, write a song, or lead people in worship, I am reminded that music is a gift – and I am so grateful for it," Wickham said. "I’ve never been more excited or proud of a record! Every single song from my new album, ‘Song Of The Songs,’ holds so much meaning and testimony for me. My heart is bursting not only to sing them to people, but to sing them with people. I pray that wherever they are heard and sung, they bring life, hope, joy and conviction.”

Momentum has been building throughout this year, fueled by the release of songs that have made a profound and lasting impression. Wickham's release, "What An Awesome God," hit No. 1 on five major charts: Mediabase Christian Audience, Mediabase Christian AC, Mediabase Christian AC Activator, Billboard Christian Airplay, and Billboard Christian AC. “What An Awesome God” has held the No. 1 position on the Mediabase Christian Audience chart for seven consecutive weeks and on the Mediabase Christian AC chart for six weeks.

This was Wickham's largest debut following the hit single, "The King Is In The Room," which raced up the charts earlier this year. Both singles also made history for Wickham by charting simultaneously in the Top 10. Adding to this success, Wickham recently joined forces with Brandon Lake and Elevation Worship for the release of “So So Good,” a collaboration that has quickly connected with listeners.

Wickham said, "This year marks 20 years that I’ve been a signed artist, and this album is my 10th official studio album. Even after two decades and all those songs, I’m more thankful and fired up than I ever have been to be a part of people’s lives through music. As long as people keep listening, I’ll keep shouting from the rooftops about how amazing Jesus is and how he rescued my soul."
