The Niagara County Department of Public Works announced a section of Hartland Road in the Town of Somerset and Hartland that has been closed since early June will reopen to traffic the afternoon of Thursday, Oct. 23.
Hartland Road has been closed between W. Somerset and Lake roads for a full bridge replacement over Golden Hill Creek.
Work on the federally funded project in the amount of $827,607 was performed by Hunting Valley Construction. The project was completed ahead of schedule.
