The Chapel Press Release
The Chapel’s Niagara Falls campus announced its Christmas Eve service will be held at the Niagara Falls High School Performing Arts Center, 4455 Porter Road. Due to space limitations at the 66th Street campus and the anticipated number of attendees on Christmas Eve, the larger venue will allow the church to welcome guests more comfortably and safely.
Niagara Falls Campus Pastor Mark Cushing said this announcement is intended as a friendly, community-minded update – not an attempt to draw people away from their home churches during the holiday.
“Christmas Eve is a cherished day in the life of the Church, rich with tradition for families and congregations alike,” he said. “On this night, we celebrate the glory of God revealed to us in the person of Jesus and conclude the Advent season with the arrival of our king. Our hope is that everyone in the City of Niagara Falls will find their way to a church where they can reflect on the true hope found in Jesus.”
For those who do not have a church home or do not regularly attend anywhere, The Chapel extends a warm invitation.
“Nobody should be alone at Christmas,” Lead Pastor Jerry Gillis SAID. “That's why we have created additional space for our Christmas Eve service so anyone in the community can join us.”
The Chapel will host one Christmas Eve service at 4 p.m. at the Niagara Falls High School Performing Arts Center. All are welcome. This is a one-time change of venue for Christmas Eve only; regular Sunday services remain at The Chapel’s Niagara Falls campus each week.
