The Buffalo Bills are headed to Denver to take on the Broncos in the AFC Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. The game will take place at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at Empower Field at Mile High.

Excited Bills fans, ecstatic over a win in Jacksonville, may want to travel west to see the game in person. AAA is expecting to receive inquiries from fans, and travel agents are able to customize travel packages for individuals and small groups. Here are some details:

•Flights: There are multiple flight options to get from Buffalo to Denver with the easiest being Southwest’s nonstop flight, which is sold out on Friday Jan. 16. A roundtrip ticket from Thursday to Monday would cost $1,100 as of this morning. Connecting flights are available on multiple airlines with roundtrip tickets starting at $600. Syracuse prices are similar, while Rochester fans can expect to pay $500 and up for roundtrip tickets with connecting flights. The Denver airport is about 20 minutes – away from the field. Flights prices fluctuate and may change at any time. Prices typically go up closer to the travel date. Find current prices at www.AAA.com/Travel or Google Flights – Find Cheap Flight Options & Track Prices.

•Hotels: There are plenty of hotels available near the stadium with rates ranging from $100 to $300 per night. Hotel rates can be found at www.AAA.com/Travel.

•Driving: It is about 1,500 miles from Highmark Stadium to Empower Field at Mile High – most fans won’t attempt the drive, since it would take 22 hours. If you drove a 2021 FWD (average about 34 MPG), it would cost less than $300 in gas roundtrip, and that cost could be split among passengers.
