With profoundly personal lyrics that speak to loss, pain and disappointment, “I Know Somebody” fuses Brand’s country vocal with her storyteller’s heart. The Mississippi native has been teasing the empathetic ballad across her socials with scores of fans already resonating with its universal message that acknowledges shared moments like the death of a loved one, job loss and a scary diagnosis. Despite life’s challenges, the emerging songstress invites listeners to find hope in God's nearness through the original selection’s comforting chorus.

“I hope people who hear this will find hope in their circumstances and turn to him alone in the midst of chaos, no matter how bad someone’s situation seems,” Brand said of the compassionate recording. “I hope those who don’t know Jesus will find him through this song.”

As the daughter of a former minister of music, she felt a calling to weave music and faith from an early age.
