Press release

The Niagara Falls Book Circle (NFBC) will present the third in a series of book talks about Niagara Falls from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at The Kashmir Museum, 650 Park Place. The event is free and open to the public.

The Kashmir Museum, when completed, will be a museum and public library focusing on the art, culture and history of the South Asian Himalayan region. It is housed in a historic Christian Science church building constructed in 1927. The March 26 event will be the first time the center is open to the public and will feature a guided tour at 6:15 p.m.

Linda Grace, Niagara Falls native and author of “Niagara, A Novel,” will join in for a discussion of the book’s themes and inspirations at 6:30 p.m. The book is a present-day mystery that explores the challenges of Niagarans who must navigate their lives against a backdrop of history and legend along one of the world’s most visited sites.

The NFBC was formed in January to bring together members of the community through books about Niagara Falls and books authored by Niagarans. The group’s goal is to present monthly meetings featuring local authors at various locations in the city.
