Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center announced Anna Pennesi, M.S.N., R.N., R.N.C.‑O.B., C.‑E.F.M., as its new director of women’s services.
Pennesi brings more than 16 years of maternal‑child and medical‑surgical nursing experience, along with a strong background in staff education, quality improvement, and operational leadership. Her resume highlights her experience overseeing LDRP operations, maintaining 24/7 administrative accountability, and leading maternal‑child safety and competency initiatives.
“We are excited to welcome Anna back to this leadership role,” CEO Joseph Ruffolo said. “Her expertise and commitment to patient‑centered care will strengthen our women’s services program.”
Pennesi assumes the role May 18.
