Calligraphy, folks crafts, and origami will be among the activities for the 17th annual Japan Culture Day (Bunka No Hi) set for Sunday, Nov. 3, from noon to 3:30 p.m. at The Buffalo History Museum. The free event will also include bonsai, the Japanese art form of growing and shaping miniature trees in containers, a tea ceremony, and traditional Japanese performances.
Bunka No Hi is hosted by the Japanese Garden in Delaware Park, with support from The Buffalo History Museum and the Buffalo Olmstead Parks Conservancy.
