‘Not Our First Dance’ available

Press Release

On Friday, BEC Recordings' newest artist, Gracie Binion, released a special song for her dad ahead of Father's Day weekend. "Not Our First Dance" is available here.

" 'Not Our First Dance' is a personal gift to my dad,” she said. “I got married in February of 2025, and searched and searched for a song to dance with my dad to. I simply couldn’t find one that was perfect for him, so I decided to write one. Dad, this is for you – I love you."

Binion is no stranger to the music industry, having begun singing and writing songs at the age of 9. As the daughter of songwriters and worship leaders David and Nicole Binion, she inherited the gift of music from her parents, but quickly developed her own sound. After walking away from a possible future with Disney Channel Music at the age of 11, she wrote her first worship ballad with Grammy Award-winning songwriter Mitch Wong. This song, "Hunger," was eventually recorded and released by the one and only CeCe Winans on her Grammy-winning album “Believe For It.” She signed with BEC Recordings in 2025, with new music set to roll out this year.
