Lisa Marie Henshaw (Costanzo), 54, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 30, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina, following a brief illness. She was surrounded by family and friends.
Lisa was born March 25, 1971, in Buffalo. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and wife.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Thomas Henshaw; by her children: Jonathan (Virginia Sherwood), Nicholas and Gabrielle Kuszczak; by her parents: Cindy and Bill Bassett, and Stella Costanzo; and she was predeceased her father, Frank Costanzo; by her siblings: Cheryl Costanzo Smith (Victor Smith), Ray Breeden (Margie Breeden) and Shaun Bassett; by her ex-husband, Andrew Kuszczak; and by her niece and nephews: Dodge and Carson Boos, Julia Smith, and Zachary and Jason Breeden.
Always putting her family and friends before herself, Lisa was passionate, loving and kind. A passionate dog lover, she provided refuge to River, Toby and Holly.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, at St. Stephen R.C. Church, 2100 Baseline Road, Grand Island.
