On Saturday, the stars of “Smallville” reunited in Toronto, for a special panel at FAN EXPO Canada. Tom Welling (Clark Kent/Superman), Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor), Kristin Kreuk (Lana Lang), Erica Durance (Lois Lane) and Laura Vandervoort (Kara/Supergirl) shared stories, posed for selfies, and answered questions in a 45-minute session hosted by journalist Maggie Lovitt.
“Smallville” ran for 10 seasons (2001-11), focusing on the teenage and 20-something years of Clark Kent – the Kryptonian who was sent to Earth upon the destruction of his home world, Krypton; raised by Kansas parents; moved to Metropolis to work at The Daily Planet; and became Superman. The DC Comics-inspired series has a 7.5 user rating on IMDb and is available to stream on Hulu.
In Canada, fans were able to purchase autographs and take professional photos with individual cast members, pairs, and the full lineup.
