Press Release

Emerging singer-songwriter Emerson Day is gearing up for a powerful season with new songs, “This House Won’t Fall” (Oct. 3) and “Midnight Hour” (Oct. 24). Known for her signature blend of southern rock grit and bold, faith-filled lyrics, Day continues to build momentum as one of Christian music’s rising voices.

Day’s breakout single, “Get Behind Me,” set the stage for this exciting new chapter, becoming a Top 3 radio hit and earning a GMA Dove Award nomination for Rock/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year. The song also sparked viral moments across social media and crossed 1 million weekly U.S. streams. A special version featuring Grammy-winner Zach Williams further expanded its reach, widening Day’s audience even further.

Fans will have the chance to hear the new music and her hit song live this fall when Day joins Micah Tyler’s “God Did It Tour,” alongside Jordan St. Cyr. The tour kicks off in October and runs through November. For tour dates and ticket information, check out the details here.

More about Emerson Day: Day is a soulful singer-songwriter who began writing songs at a young age, influenced by southern rock guitar and church piano. Raised on a family farm in Southern Maryland, she spent hours playing guitar and singing, unknowingly nurturing her musical talent. After excelling as a lacrosse player and earning a degree in homeland security, Day pursued a career in federal law enforcement. However, she felt a divine calling to music, leading her to eventually serve as a worship leader at a small church in North Carolina, where a pivotal moment affirmed her passion for Christian music.

In 2023, Emerson signed her first record deal with Fair Trade Services, and her debut in Christian music began with a feature on Tyler’s single “People Like Us” in January 2024, followed by her own release, “God Ain’t Finished Yet,” a powerful anthem of resilience and faith.
