Destination Niagara USA Press Release & Photo
Destination Niagara USA is proud to announce its continued support of the Niagara Falls Fire Department annual Toy Fund. For the past three years, DNUSA has raised funds through the sale of holiday ornaments, with 100% of profits benefitting the Toy Fund.
In 2025, DNUSA expanded the initiative by launching a “Christmas in July” promotion, boosting fundraising efforts well beyond the traditional holiday season.
The campaign helped generate record-breaking results, with a total of $1,278.72 raised through ornament sales – the highest amount since DNUSA began supporting the Toy Fund.
“This partnership embodies the spirit of Niagara Falls USA – coming together to make a difference in our community,” said John Percy, president and CEO of Destination Niagara USA. “We are proud to support the Niagara Falls Fire Department Toy Fund in their mission to spread holiday cheer and ensure children in our community have a brighter holiday season.”
Founded in 1928, the Niagara Falls Fire Department Toy Fund has been a cherished tradition in the community, providing toys, clothing and other necessities to children and families in need during the holiday season.
“We are grateful for the support of Destination Niagara USA and the generosity of those who purchased ornaments this year,” said Vincent Orsi, president of the Niagara Falls Fire Department Toy Fund. “These funds help us continue our work in making the holidays brighter for children and families across Niagara Falls, ensuring that no child is left without a gift or warm clothing this season.”
Holiday ornaments will once again be available for purchase beginning Friday, Nov. 28, through Tuesday, Dec. 23, both in person at the Official Niagara Falls USA Visitor Center (10 Rainbow Blvd., Niagara Falls) and online at www.niagarafallsusa.com.
