Magical start to summer in Village of Lewiston

Where else can you see a top-notch, 30-minute fireworks show on a Friday night, explore a world-class farmers market the next morning, take a horse-drawn carriage ride in the afternoon, and then Wang Chung and rub elbows with Rick Springfield on Saturday night?

Only in the Village of Lewiston.

It's been a banner start to summer in the municipality, with the recent opening of the Fairbanks restaurant at the historic Frontier House; the christening of a new Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours vessel; a Native American celebration – and more unique musical acts you’ll only find at Artpark.

Plus, the playground and splash pad are open – and busy – at Marilyn Toohey Park; Lewiston Council on the Arts concerts are underway at Hennepin Park; and the waterfront renovation continues with more new amenities.
