Assemblyman John Ceretto announced today local hero Thomas J. Burley was added to the Fallen Firefighters Memorial in Albany by Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Burley was a firefighter with the Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co. who passed away while performing his duties.
