The Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. met on Tuesday and approved the architectural design of Explore & More Children's Museum, marking the final step prior to the museum's construction on the South Aud Block of Canalside. The project will break ground next to the restored canal system in March.

Buffalo Sabres forward Tyler Ennis announced the debut of "Enzo Sauce," a brand of dipping sauce created by Ennis. The sauce, which features hot sauce and ranch dressing as its main ingredients, is now available at Tops Friendly Markets and Wegmans stores in the Western New York region.

Approximately 936,000 meals will be provided to local families in need as a result of the 11th annual Sweet Charity to benefit the Food Bank of WNY. Presented by James Desiderio Wholesale Produce, this year's fundraiser raised a record-breaking $156,000. The proceeds will help the Food Bank provide an additional 100,000 meals as compared to last year's event.
