On Thursday, Assemblyman John D. Ceretto, R-I- Lewiston, called the naming of former Court of Appeals Chief Judge Judith Kaye as the third arbiter in the dispute between the Seneca Nation of Indians and the state of New York "significant progress." The arbitration process will be settled by three arbiters, one named by the Senecas, one named by the state of New York, and the third, Kaye, agreed upon by both arbiters.

The importance of screening for prostate cancer will be the focus Saturday when the Niagara Falls O.G. Cruisers and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center go "Cruisin' for a Cure."
The Roswell Park Lancer Institute and MAN UP - Minorities Allied for the Need to Understand Prostate Cancer - also will join the annual classic car cruise from the Cataract City to Buffalo's Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
