"Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2012" will air as a 90-minute ABC News special highlighting some of the year's most prominent names in entertainment, sports, politics and popular culture. This year's special will air Wednesday, Dec. 12 (9:30 to 11 p.m.), on the ABC Television Network.

Join Santa Claus as he arrives by Niagara Falls city fire truck to illuminate the trees along all three blocks of Old Falls Street, USA (more than 100,000 lights), this Friday, Nov. 23, from 6 to 7 p.m., outside the Old Falls Street entrance of The Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls.
The festive outdoor tree illumination will extend throughout the winter season and will be complimented by various holiday vignettes, extending the annual Holiday Lights Niagara Trail from Hyde Park to the downtown Niagara Falls area.

Jim Bell, who served as the executive producer of the 2012 London Olympics, the most-watched event in U.S. television history, has been named the full-time executive producer of NBCUniversal's coverage of the Olympic Games. Bell reports to NBC Sports Group Chairman Mark Lazarus, who made the announcement.
