U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr. announced Friday that Jon DiBernardo, 51, of Lewiston, pleaded guilty to tax evasion before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara. The charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison, a fine of $100,000 or both.

The third floor is gone and, instead of 26 apartment units spread over two floors, the sketch calls for 13 two-bedroom dwellings on the second floor.
