Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. has announced its 2015 season of summer events and programming at Canalside. This year, Canalside will host more than 1,000 events and activities, including fitness, music, history, festivals and an action-packed slate of options just for kids, all on Buffalo's waterfront.

Assemblyman John Ceretto joined a bipartisan effort Wednesday to extend the deadline for the adoption of teacher and principal evaluation regulations until Nov. 17. The bill (A.7303), which Ceretto is a multi-sponsor on, also seeks to enhance the evaluation and testing process school districts must implement.
