Elderwood at Grand Island, 2850 Grand Island Blvd., will sponsor a blood drive, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday. The blood drive will be conducted through Unyts Mobile Express bus. Unyts brings both a significant savings to area hospitals and assurance to Western New York donors that blood donations remain local.

Area residents are asked to bring coats, jackets, hats, gloves, and scarves to one of the Lewiston-Porter school buildings and place them in the donation boxes set up by the Key Club, Builders Club, IEC Multi-Age and PEC.
