Richard W. Hirsch passed away Aug. 1, 2013. He leaves his loving wife, Lydia, daughter Lillian (husband Arnold Wosilait deceased), grandson Ronald R. Wosilait, his sister Elena Toffler and many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends. He was predeceased by his sisters Lydia, Alma, brothers Albert, Adolf, Oswald and Paul. The 100 Club of Buffalo Inc. has awarded 20 scholarships totaling $14,000 to area students through its Scholarship of Excellence program.
