NU accepting reservations for chef series

Niagara University is now accepting reservations for this spring's edition of its highly popular Student Chef Series, which showcases the culinary skills of student managers in the university's College of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Hosted in conjunction with Niagara University's Office of Continuing Education, the fine dining events are an opportunity for the community to sample a four-course cuisine, planned and prepared entirely by hospitality students.

Non-perishable food items will be collected to benefit the Niagara Community Action Program food pantry in exchange for chiropractic services.
