Hubbert, C.M., at Niagara University's 2022 President's Dinner, Wednesday, Nov. 9, at the Niagara Falls Convention Center, 101 Old Falls St. Proceeds from the President's Dinner benefit Niagara University's scholarship programs. Last year's dinner raised $400,000 - the highest total ever - toward student scholarship assistance.

Students in Debbie Wilczak's fashion design/interior decorating program, at the Niagara Career and Technical Education Center, recently had the opportunity to customize their own sneakers. The students used leather or fabric paint to explore their artistic abilities to make their custom shoes. They used Disney and the movies "Star Wars" and "Scream" as their inspirations.
