After announcing its official partnership with the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix earlier this month, the Grand Ole Opry has added more performers to the special Opry show set to take place in downtown Nashville on Sunday, Aug. 8. Officials at Batavia Downs announced their entry plan for the 13 outdoor concerts taking place this summer out on the historic racetrack. Similar to what is being done in other outdoor sporting and events spaces in New York, Batavia Downs will not be requiring a negative coronavirus test in order for patrons to attend the concert series. All pairs of seats will be spaced 6 feet from each other in accordance with CDC regulations.

On Saturday, May 29, the Aquarium of Niagara will transition to a summer schedule featuring extended operating hours. Sunday through Thursday, the venue will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Fridays and Saturdays, it will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Extended hours will run through Labor Day.

A new CDC report revealed bicycle-related deaths nationally increased between 2009 and 2018, primarily among adults.
