Niagara's Choice Federal Credit Union recently donated the proceeds from its annual charity golf tournament to local veterans organization SERV Niagara. The Niagara County-based credit union holds a golf tournament each August to raise funds for a local charity.

Kin Loch Farmstead is a sprawling, 37-acre plot on which Alex and Ryan Plante cultivated 2,000 lavender plants in 2018 and traded some growing space to Fran DePalma of Heirloom Soul Flowers. Since that time, the farm has outperformed expectations, receiving over 1,000 visitors during the summer who picked the freshly blooming lavender plants, take classes and experience country life.

Cuomo on Tuesday announced New York is pursuing partnerships with Ireland and Denmark by signing two separate memorandums of understanding that will lead to improved electric infrastructure and the advancement of more renewable energy sources, including offshore wind.
