Fresh off her main support slot on Florence + The Machine's "High As Hope" Tour, award-winning singer/songwriter Grace VanderWaal has announced her summer U.S. headline tour. The 23-city "Ur So Beautiful Tour" starts at the Railbird Festival in Lexington, Kentucky, on Aug. 10, and will make stops in major cities across the U.S. including New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago.

Western Door Playhouse announces auditions for the 2019-20 season will be held from 7-9 p.m. June 28 and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 29 at the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center, 1201 Pine Ave., Niagara Falls. Participants will be asked to provide cold readings from scripts inside the Woodbox Theater on the third floor.

Officials from the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy, joined by Bank of America, the Buffalo and Erie County Greenway Fund Standing Committee and several dignitaries, officially reopened the historic Rumsey Shelter House in Delaware Park. A $250,000 anchor grant from Bank of America to the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy was matched by the Buffalo and Erie County Greenway Fund Standing Committee, allowing for the final phase of restoration of this historic and desirable park amenity.
