The City of Niagara Falls Community Development Department (NFCD) has released its revised draft 2019 action plan per the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development 2019 allocations for the City of Niagara Falls Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) programs. The revised draft 2019 action plan adjusts the funding levels from the draft 2019 action plan unanimously approved by Niagara Falls City Council on March 6.
