Fashion Outlets to host annual back-to-school events for educators & students

Join the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, USA, for back-to-school season, featuring free special events for educators and students, hosted on Thursday, Aug. 14, and Saturday, Aug. 16, respectively.

The “We Love Our Educators” event, on Thursday, Aug. 14, was specifically designed to show appreciation to area educators for all they do throughout the year. Teachers and administrators from all school districts and colleges are invited to show their employee ID, from noon to 2 p.m., at the promotional table in the Center Court area (inside Entrance 2), to receive the following, while supplies last:

√ A complimentary swag bag with Fashion Outlets promotional items

√ Fashion Outlets store coupons

√ A list of Fashion Outlets retailers offering educator discounts

√ A visitor savings pass, worth up to $500 in savings

√ A chance at larger prizes from various stores

Returning this year is the annual back-to-school backpack giveaway, hosted on Saturday, Aug. 16, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please note that onsite registration is required. Students must be present and accompanied by an adult to receive a backpack and age-appropriate school supplies, while supplies last.

Anyone wishing to donate new school supplies or backpacks may do so at the Gift Town store, located inside Fashion Outlets Entrance 5, through Aug. 10. Donors will receive 10% off a purchase at Gift Town when they donate.

This year’s back-to-school backpack giveaway is sponsored by Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA, the Salvation Army, the United Way of the Niagara Frontier/Women United, and the Lewiston Kiwanis Peach Queen contestants.
