Rescheduled for Feb. 21

Submitted by the Erie County Department of Health

Due to expected bitterly cold temperatures – and with the safety of our staff, volunteers, pet owners and pets in mind – the Erie County Department of Health has canceled the rabies vaccine clinic scheduled for Jan. 24. The new date is Saturday, Feb. 21, at the same time (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and same location, North Buffalo Community Center.

People will need to reregister their pet(s) online at erie.gov/rabiesvaccine or by calling our environmental health division at 716-961-6800.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you – but safety for the public and for their pets is our top priority. Please call our environmental health office at 716-961-6800 with any questions or concerns.
