Niagara History Center press release
The Niagara History Center is happy to announce the return or its annual fundraising dinner at the famous Shamus Restaurant at 98 West Ave., Lockport. This delicious event will take place from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 14. Enjoy local favorites with a special Irish flare with your fellow members of the Niagara County and Western New York community.
Half the proceeds of the event go toward the Niagara History Center, to support our mission to preserve, promote and interpret the rich cultural history of the Niagara County and Erie Canal regions. Because of supporters like you, we are able to care for our historic buildings and collections, offer educational programs and events, and keep local history accessible for future generations.
If you wish to attend, call the Shamus Restaurant at 716-433-9809 to make a reservation. Enjoy delicious food, good company, and a small history-themed table game while ensuring that our shared heritage is protected and promoted for generations to come.
