Surprise! All children between the ages of 1 and 10 are invited to join the Easter Bunny and Youngstown Lion as they host the Youngstown Lions annual Easter egg hunt the day before Easter. This fun-filled, colorful community event is scheduled to start promptly at 11 a.m. at Fort Niagara State Park this Saturday, April 4. Sponsored annually by the Youngstown Lions Club, candy will be provided to all participants.
Parents or guardians are expected to accompany their children at the event, and all are encouraged to arrive early. Based on prior years, once the excited children hear the starting horn, the event is typically over very quickly as they rush into the age-designated areas to gather the colorful eggs left by the Easter Bunny.
