Monday, April 20

•500 block of Irving Drive, check welfare – 911 complaint regarding lack of heat; caller said a family member is responsible. Patrol reached out to an APS investigator to assist caller.

•2500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment – Caller reported an ongoing issue of a neighbor throwing dog feces into caller’s yard, creating issues with caller’s landlord. Officers reached out to the neighbor who agreed to stop the activity.

•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations. Twelve drivers cited with 15 uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Reports taken. Five warnings issued.

Tuesday, April 21

•Raymond/E. Eddy Drive, check welfare – Caller reported a gray Chevy Malibu with its headlight out and the driver passed out at stop sign. Officers checked area with negative results.

•5000 block of Marywood Drive, suspicious activity – 911 caller reported a male walking in backyards with a box, and a small black foreign vehicle also in the area. Officers made contact with the male who was found to be a delivery company employee delivering packages very early.

•500 block of Irving Drive, assist public – Caller states a neighbor’s tree branches are hanging over the caller’s dog pen. Caller said the branches belong to nature. Responding patrols spoke with all involved parties.

•2600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, disturbance, not domestic – Per dispatch activity, caller reported a disturbance at the school bus garage. Male irate over his son having to walk to a school bus stop due to construction. Patrol advised the male he cannot show up at the garage and yell at employees.

•Saunders Settlement/Townline roads, traffic complaint/investigation – Caller reported a vehicle passed a school bus earlier. Video available. Photo and video evidence secured by patrol. Suspect vehicle seen passing while a student was departing bus. Investigation pending.

•800 block of Pletcher Road, assist – Caller reported a juvenile daughter being defiant, subject yelling and throwing things. Officers responded.

•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations. Eighteen drivers cited with uniform traffic tickets issued for town court. Report taken. Twelve warnings issued.

Wednesday, April 22

•5700 block of West Street, West Street Elementary, theft – Officer initiated; no further information. Report taken.

•4000 block of Creek Road, LPD office, forgery – Officer initiated. Walk-in complaint. Fraud report. Complaint informed patrol of personal information given to an alleged scammer who proceeded to open multiple credit cards in the complainant’s name.

•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations. Sixteen drivers cited with 19 uniform traffic tickets issued for town court. Fourteen warnings issued.

Thursday, April 23

•Upper Mountain/Garlow roads, K-9 incident, traffic complaint/investigation – Officer initiated. Numerous patrols on location. No further information. Reports taken.

•600 block of Cayuga Drive, MVA-injuries, assist – 911 caller reported a male fell off a motorized bike after crashing into an object. Male lost traction on roadway while doing a “motor-cross”-type turn. Driver with leg injury transported by fire responders to Kenmore Mercy Hospital. Minor damage to bike reported. While on location, patrol took complaint from a resident regarding eight juveniles riding motorbikes and “loudly having a good time.” Area checked with negative results for bikes. Reports taken.

•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations. Nine drivers cited with 10 uniform traffic tickets issued for town court. Reports taken. Eight warnings issued.

Friday, April 24

•500 block of Center Street, check welfare – Caller reported a female on location to pick up a vehicle. Subject currently intoxicated. Officers responded and checked area with negative results.

•700 block of Michelle Court, damage to property – 911 caller reported neighbors hitting golf balls into the caller’s house and porch. Officers spoke with neighbor who admitted to hitting golf balls in the direction of the residence. Neighbor to apologize and to refrain from hitting in the direction of the house going forward.

•I-190, exit 24, check welfare – 911 caller reported a child, approximately 10 years of age, was kicked out of a white Jeep. Patrol responded.

•Lower Niagara River, boat in distress – Caller reported a disabled boat 1 mile north of a restaurant. Requests tow. Patrol responded.

•300 block of Riverview Drive, suspicious activity – Caller reported an unknown vehicle, occupied, in front of residence. Patrol found the driver was dropping off the girlfriend at a nearby residence.

•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations. Three drivers cited with uniform traffic tickets issued for town court. Six warnings issued.

Saturday, April 25

•100 block of N. Fourth Street, harassment – Caller reported being spat upon while at a work release program. Patrol responded. Report only.

•800 block of Center Street, damage to property, MVA property damage – 911 reports. Officers on location. Reports taken.

•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations. Five drivers cited with uniform traffic tickets issued for town court. Nine warnings issued. Report taken.

Sunday, April 26

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, sex offense, check welfare – 911 complaints. Officers on location. No further information. Reports taken.

•700 block of Pletcher Road, traffic complaint/investigation – Officer initiated. Patrols stopped at a busy estate sale and placed “No Parking” signs on one half of street to avoid MVAs or other issues. Estate sale managers advised on no signage.

•Creek Road/Scovell Drive, ATL-BOLO – Attempt to locate an individual per caller’s request. Patrols responded. Negative results.

•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations. Two drivers cited with uniform traffic tickets issued for town court. Three warnings issued.
