The Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce celebrated a ribbon-cutting and grand-opening celebration with Happy Tails of Niagara at 120 Lockport St., in the Village of Youngstown.
Happy Tails is owned and operated by Patricia Carter and Michael Kotaraki. They offer day care, boarding and grooming for pets.
Trish worked with the Small Business Development Center to develop business plans and funding sources to ensure a successful business.
Friends, family, elected leaders and business and community leaders came to support the celebration.
