Several new champions to appear at first New York event of 2025

Empire State Wrestling will hold its first 2025 event in New York on Saturday, March 15, at the Frontier Firehall in Niagara Falls. The event is called "Tough Luck '25" and will feature several ESW roster mainstays, which include several newly crowned champions.

Announced so far for “Tough Luck '25”:

√ ESW Interstate Championship: "The Holy Hand Grenade" James Sayga (c) vs. Edge of Hope's Mattick

√ ESW Women's Championship: "Courageous" Christina Marie (c) vs. Pegasa

√ Former ROH star LSG vs. NWA's Spencer Slade

√ High Seas vs. Will Calrissian & Vinnie Moon

√ "Buckwild" Tommy K vs. "The Shot" Cal Keaton

√ In Action: ESW Heavyweight Champion "Invincible" Vince Valor, ESW Tag Team Champions To Infinity & Beyond, Ilio DiPaolo Memorial Cup holder Gregory Iron, "A Cut Above The Rest" Gavin Glass, "Big League" John McChesney, and more.

Tickets are available at www.ESWTIX.com (where service fees apply) at presale prices. A limited amount of reserved seating remains available. Ticket prices rise by $5 at the door. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the opening bell set for 6 p.m.

Many current All Elite Wrestling stars wrestled for ESW, including Private Party, MJF, Buffalo's Daniel Garcia plus The Butcher & the Blade, Dustin Rhodes, Adam Cole, Matt Sydal, Ruby Soho, Billy Gunn, Colt Cabana, Trent Beretta, Orange Cassidy, Danhausen, Jay Lethal, Eddie Kingston, Evil Uno, Tony Nese, Brody King, Mark Sterling, AR Fox and Bronson.

Current World Wrestling Entertainment stars Damien Priest, Kevin Owens, Penta, Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Tommaso Ciampa, Ethan Page, Joaquin Wilde, Joe Gacy, Adrian Butler, Robert Stone, Josh Briggs and Lexis King all wrestled in ESW’s ring.

Pro wrestling legends Kevin Nash, Ron Simmons, Matt Hardy, X-Pac, The Hurricane, D-Von Dudley, Al Snow, The Honky Tonk Man, Sgt. Slaughter, Raven, Brutus Beefcake, Demolition, Jim Duggan, Koko B. Ware, Bushwacker Luke, The Sandman and Bob Holly appeared at previous ESW events.

Founded in 2002, ESW is run by Brett Stymus. Over half of ESW’s performers reside in the Western New York area. ESW runs regular shows throughout the year that draw several hundred fans, with some events being attended by up to 1,000 people.
