Guests can build birdhouses that they'll take home with them

Explore & More – The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children’s Museum is proud to partner with Valu Home Centers for “Build & Play: Valu Home Centers Jr. Workshop,” which will launch Saturday, April 26.
Great for kids in kindergarten through third grade, Valu Home Centers employees will be on site in Explore & More’s Tinkering Tank and Art Studio from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. (or while supplies last) to help guests build and decorate a special project. On April 26, we will be making birdhouses in the Tinkering Tank and decorating them in the Art Studio.
In addition to building birdhouses that they'll take home with them, guests can participate in an exciting bird scavenger hunt throughout the museum, earning a special prize once completed, as well as other great activities.
All Build & Play programming is included in the museum admission price, which is $15 for adults and children ages 1 and up.
Valu will be handing out coupons, valid toward a future in-store purchase.
