Earlier this week, Tom Deal officially announced he is the owner of the property being developed at 748 Center St., Lewiston – next to the Tim Hortons/Quest Diagnostics plaza. Deal said he is moving his company, Deal Realty, to this location.
Architect and Village of Lewiston Trustee Jim Fittante successfully presented the proposal to the municipality’s Historic Preservation and Planning commissions, where it received approval. The Village Board also OK’d the concept.
