Recipients of FeedMore WNY's home-delivered meal program received a timely gift along with their meals this week, thanks to a donation from Buffalo State University and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. The university and health care organization donated 5,000 pairs of glasses to safely view the solar eclipse to FeedMore WNY for distribution to older adults and homebound neighbors who rely on FeedMore WNY's home-delivered meals program.

The iconic all-electric Maid of the Mist, which has been in continuous operation since 1885, sets sail on the 2024 season at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 4. Tours will depart every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekends. The hours of operation will be extended throughout the summer.
