With a renewed community impact strategy in place, United Way of Greater Niagara announced its "Zero donation" campaign goal for the 2014 community care campaign. Instead, leaders announced an "investment" campaign goal of $1.275 million, the organization's largest fundraising effort.

Community Missions will hold an interfaith community prayer service Tuesday as part of the National Day of Prayer for Mental Illness Recovery and Understanding. The service will be held from 3:30-4:15 p.m. with light refreshments to follow the service.
