Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane on Friday announced Daniel A. Martinez, 50, of Amherst was sentenced before Acting Erie County Court Judge Andrew C. LoTempio to five years in prison followed five years of post-release supervision.

Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane announced Timothy A. Austin, 37, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty yesterday afternoon Erie County Court Judge Sheila A. DiTullio to one count of manslaughter in the first degree (class "B" violent felony). The defendant pleaded guilty, as charged, to the sole count in the indictment.
