Seaman announced Kalique Miller, age 19, of Niagara Falls, entered a guilty plea today in County Court to the charges of attempted murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Miller admitted to shooting a 22-year-old woman multiple times in the Falls on Nov. 10, 2022.
