ESPN, NFL reach new agreements to extend NFL Draft Rights, add content to ESPN's upcoming direct-to-consumer service

ESPN and the NFL have reached new licensing agreements, extending ESPN's NFL Draft rights and, separately, adding NFL programming and content to ESPN's upcoming direct-to-consumer (DTC) service, as well as to Disney+. The agreement also includes the opportunity for fans to bundle ESPN's DTC service with NFL+ Premium.
ESPN to acquire NFL Network

ESPN, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, and the National Football League today announced a non-binding agreement under which ESPN will acquire NFL Network and certain other media assets owned and controlled by the NFL - including NFL's linear RedZone Channel, and NFL Fantasy - in exchange for a 10% equity stake in ESPN.

Niagara County DPW conducting survey work on Porter Center Road

The Niagara County Department of Public Works announced it has contracted with a surveying firm for services for a future infrastructure improvement project along Porter Center Road, from Swann Road to Lake Road (Route 18.) Frandina Engineering and Land Surveying PC will have survey crews in the area over the next few days.
