Home Assistance Referral Team Press Release
The Home Assistance Referral Team is holding its second annual golf tournament, “Swinging Fore Seniors,” Monday, June 2, at Niagara Frontier Golf Club. The 18-hole scramble format begins with registration at 10 a.m. and a shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. It will include lunch, dinner, prizes and fun!
The cost is $160 per golfer or $640 per foursome. A basket auction will be held in conjunction with the golf tournament, and all proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association WNY Chapter.
There are still openings for golf. Contact Christine O’Hara at 716-754-8313 or christine.ohara@hartprogram.org. If you would like to join the fun, but don’t golf, dinner is available for $50 per person.

HART is a referral service that connects seniors and others with qualified care, allowing them to remain independent in their own homes. Located at 505 Cayuga St., Lewiston, HART has been serving individuals and families for over 40 years in Niagara and Erie counties.
