On Tuesday, Dec. 2, an installation dinner for the Kiwanis Club of Niagara-Wheatfield was held at Cast + Cow in Lewiston. Niagara Frontier North Division Lt. Gov. Tom Fortuna oversaw the Installation of club officers for 2025-26, including: Debbie Bentley as treasurer, Danny Maerten as secretary and Susan Smith as president. On Saturday, Dec. 6, the Kiwanis Club of Niagara-Wheatfield volunteered for the Salvation Army’s bell-ringing campaign at the Tops Market in Sanborn. Members were positioned outside the vestibule wishing patrons a merry Christmas and thanking them for their donations. The club was joined by the University at Buffalo’s Circle K for a midday shift.
