Two young boys from Lewiston recently raised $600 for Niagara Hospice in memory of their grandmother. Andrew and Matthew Bagovich went door to door asking neighbors if they needed their leaves raked, and ended up taking care of about 10 yards. Several generous neighbors also made additional donations to support Niagara Hospice.

Jastrzemski today warned those who are flying domestically but still do not have a REAL ID-compliant license or other acceptable documents that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will begin charging them a $45 fee starting Feb. 1, 2026.
